be. The final assignment is drafted with a marketer’s understanding
of the client’s challenges. And importantly, our clients get
our full and personal attention throughout the process -- we turn
nothing over to junior facilitators.
Team Building
MatchWorks proprietary programs are designed to provide client and
agency teams a keen understanding of what each requires to reach
maximum success. Facilitated one-day sessions are used to launch
new relationships and re-energize longstanding ones. In these sessions
we work with the teams to identify working principles and key priorities
and develop tangible action plans to guide their efforts. Customized
seminars include “How to Get the Most of the Client/Agency
Relationship”, “Managing Stress/ Managing Agencies”,
“The Relationship Launch Meeting” and “Marketing
Fundamentals.”
Resource Management
MatchWorks innovative processes and tools to evaluate marketing
practices, leverage internal and external resources and optimize
the value of client/agency relationships. We work with clients to
review programs and needs across marketing groups and assess outside
marketing resources. Our goal is to identify initiatives and resources
that best serve the groups’ needs and ensure all suppliers
are working effectively and efficiently.
Compensation
MatchWorks applies years of hands-on experience structuring and
staffing accounts to provide a practical approach to compensation
analysis and negotiations ensuring clients receive the highest value.
