Starting in Boston at Arnold, Howard moved to New York in 1980
to work at Ammirati & Puris. It was there that he met Jan,
who had come from DDB and McCaffrey McCall. We first teamed
to manage BMW and partnered for the next fifteen years running
Ammirati’s blue chip brands in fast food, packaged goods,
financial services, hospitality, consumer electronics and healthcare.
As core members of the agency new business team we gained first
hand insight into what constitutes a healthy and productive
review process. Our experience includes leading and winning
such complex pitches as Mastercard, Burger King, GMC and Reebok.
Over the years we learned that the success of the brand is
directly tied to the quality of the client agency relationship.
We built reputations for building and sustaining long-term relationships
with such high profile clients as Cadbury Schweppes, Aetna,
RCA and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Lyn Rosoff grew up in the advertising agency business and spent
most her career at Arnold Worldwide working on a variety of
consumer and business-to-business accounts before forming her
own consultancy specializing in training and coaching. In 2001
she helped form MatchWorks and designed our team building practice
including customized seminars on “How to Get the Most
of the Client/Agency Relationship”, “Managing Stress/
Managing Agencies”, “The Relationship Launch Meeting”,
and “Marketing Fundamentals”.
